"I only recommend them if you are not worried about your schedule, and are not expecting this business to help you out. At First I was delighted on how helpful the sales person and staff was. However, on the delivery date of my materials everything went wrong. They failed to call before departing to deliver, upon arrival once they did call, they simply stated they were leaving because no one was there to receive the delivery even thought I tried to ask them to give me the chance to get there (it would only have taken me 15 min). We had asked them to deliver via a different door, but they didn't want to comply with the request. After when I went to the store to speak to my sales person or the manager, they did not want to help me with my issue, they refuse to deliver the materials, and offered to deliver and drop off but not to carry the tiles to the roof which an essential part of the delivery. In all, although this could have been a great partnership, I ended up losing 4 weeks on my project and now have to take my business elsewhere."
