"I recently had a plumbing leak that damaged about 46 SF of laminated flooring. I knew trying to find matching replacement flooring would be difficult. I went to LL and they were very helpful in finding me an almost perfect match. As you see in the photo…the 3 new boxes on the left match pretty close to one box I had left over from years ago. Damian was very helpful and found replacement flooring in inventory at the Miami Gardens store for me. I would shop here again. Thanks."

"I wanted to share an AMAZING experience at LL FLOORING. We arrived looking to purchase a butcher block for our kitchen island. We had no idea where to begin nor which type of butcher block would be the best for our particular situation. With such professionalism and respect, Michael Blanco and Damian Mendez were absolutely incredible!! They explained the different types of woods, brought out examples, showed us images of the look of each type of wood without ever rushing us nor pushing us to make a sale. They gave us ideas and then let us take all the time in the world to decide on our own which was the perfect wood and look for our kitchen. All this without any pressure and filled with the knowledge they shared with us as a result of their many years of experience. It is this type of customer service that leads to forever customers! Kudos to LL FLOORING for hiring employees like Michael and Damian!"

"Please do not make the mistake of having these people install your flooring. We paid 7k for our floors and this is what we got. Not only is the craftsmanship substandard but there was also the issue of the corporate office and the local office not communicating appropriately.The local office quoted us a price under a bundle that the corporate office was unaware of. The corporate office called me and shut down installation trying to force us to pay another 2k. It was stressful and ridiculous! I am too undone with the product. I rarely review BUT I felt that it was necessary to warn other consumers about this company. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!"

"Gus was AMAZING in helping us figure out what flooring would be best for our lifestyle and budget. We ended up with a chevron water-resistant laminate that looks gorgeous. We get compliments every single time someone walks through our door. The best part was by far the customer service. Gus was always a text or phone call away to answer any of my questions, even months after our purchase. You don't find that service anywhere these days!! Home renovation has been incredibly stressful and Gus/Lumber Liquidators made life a little easier!"

"The Worse experience in my Life. After a Month of confirming the order and installation process of the leveling AND the nail down of the wood, On the Day of installation they change everything. The installers said they can not nail the hardwood floors down after I confirmed that the wood we are getting is going to be nailed down. (I'm not a floor specialist but Isaid I did not want floating wood many Times). I definitely did not want "floating" hardwood and I confirmed this with Gus about 5 different Times. So I tried to find find solution and agree to glue it down. And they said no they can't glue it down EVEN THOUGH THE BOX SAYS YOU CAN GLUE IT DOWN (see picture). The installers, (Woodfloors specialists Corp.) , Rosangela said figure it out and that they can't wait there because they are loosing money and THEY LEFT. They left all the wood outside that they moved and didn't come back. The installers, Rosangela from Woodfloors specialists Corp left my house a mess and told the workers to leave. The installers had already came to measure and assess the installation just to change everything and left with a "Take it or leave it" attitude. They have no consideration for anyone else's Time or money except for their own. Avoid these people and the installers like the plague!"
