"Warning: Unaddressed Damages Caused by City Roofing I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with City Roofing to warn others about the potential damages and lack of responsibility associated with their services. City Roofing performed a roof soft wash service on my house on November 27th, and the aftermath has been nothing short of a nightmare. The damages inflicted during the procedure were both visible and extensive, including burnt plant ornaments surrounding my house perimeter, severe damage to a fruit plant due to improper covering, and signs of burning on a pine tree in the front. Additionally, the chemical product used stripped the paint luster from the fascia, leaving it dull and colorless. Despite reaching out to Jesus, the person in charge, for an assessment, he failed to show up and ignored subsequent attempts to contact him. The lack of communication and refusal to address the situation is highly disconcerting. City Roofing has shown a complete lack of responsiveness and accountability for the damages caused. Even a simple request for the Business License has been ignored. As a customer, I am deeply disheartened by their disregard for the consequences of their work. The damages incurred and the subsequent lack of resolution are unacceptable. I advise you to look elsewhere for a reliable and responsible service provider. Save yourself the frustration and potential property damage."

"So very impressed with City Roofing. I got quotes from a large company, an independent contractor and City Roofing. They made a thorough examination of the area in question I’m rideable to identify what was needed, as well as another potential problem that was clearly visible but no one else seem to of noticed it or included it in there estimates. Pricing was fair and all inclusive. They showed up on time. They worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and had the work finished in the quoted amount of time with no surprises and no extra hidden charges. I would have no problem referring them to anyone and will definitely call them for any other areas that develop problems in the future. My only problem is now I have to have the rest of the roof clean to match the new tiles."

"In this day and time it was so refreshing to have a company come and put the customer FIRST! The roofing tech could have told me that I needed roof repair, I would have not known the difference. He told me that it wasn’t anything wrong with my roof. He showed me pictures and educated me on what roof damage looks like. The problem lies within my HVAC system condensation. He used a moisture meter and did a thorough job. The day before another roofing company told me I needed the roof to be repaired. Again City Roofing is not out to take advantage of people! The tech did what was Right and I truly appreciate his honesty. Highly recommend City Roofing!"

"We are very pleased with City roofing. Our roof was a difficult project but they did it right! At of 3 estimates, they were a little more expensive than the others but they were the only one who saw some issues with our existing roof and pointed it out. Besides the good recommendations from friends and neighbors this is why they chose them. Once the project started our choice was even more conformed! The destruction crew was amazing, took such care of leaving the job site clean every day, they worked even harder not to damage my many plants!
