"Worst customer service ever. Went there twice to give it a second chance, but no change. No one ask us if we needed help and the cuban men that is always sitting in the same desk near the sinks and facing the knobs, ignored us completely the two times that we were there, didn't even bothered to ask us if we needed help. So, after standing there for 25 minutes, I said to my husband this is a waste coming here and we left. I decided to go to Farreys Plumbing near US1and SW 30 Ave. and what a difference. Farreys employees are so helpful and very professional, plus they sure have hundreds of beautiful items, such as modern sinks, toilets, beautiful lighting and hundreds of different brands of beautiful door and cabinet hardware."
