"Kim Harvey and her team went above and beyond for me. After a different carpet/floor installer couldn't remember my order (a first) and I had a house being listed in a few days Kim stepped up. 5 Carpet and flooring companies said a week plus just to measure but Kim and team was able to measure and install within 10 days at a better price. Abbey Carpet is the only place I will ever go for Carpet and flooring again."
"Kim helped me with selecting my carpet. She was knowledgeable and patient. She managed my order through installation. The measure gentleman was on time. He used a laser ruler and quickly measured my three rooms. He saved the measurements to my account so Kim was able to verify my room sizes. The installers were quick, focused and cleaned up. They even vacuumed! I also needed a threshold between my living room and dining room replaced. The gentleman she sent was GOOD. He pulled the old threshold, cleaned out the old glue and installed the new one. And cleaned us his mess. The miters are perfect. Excellent. I included a picture of the threshold. Best carpet service, I'll use them again and recommend them to my friends."
