"I chose this salon based on great reviews as I was on Amelia Island on a girls trip. They were nice and accommodating on the phone and when I first arrived. However, the manicure is absolutely terrible. I politely expressed throughout the process that it really wasn’t going as I would’ve expected, and the lady kept saying just wait, it’ll look great. Well, when she was done, this was the end result. I asked her whether she thought this looked good, and she looked me in the eye and said “Yes”. I said ok, paid $60+$10 tip and walked out; I will never return. I believe she was the owner."

"I got a gel manicure on Sunday. These pictures were taken Thursday. Over the course of those 4 days, every single nail had the gel polish peel up and start chipping off. Gel is supposed to last way longer than 4 days. I called the salon and asked for a refund because I am not from the area and couldn’t go back to get it fixed. Despite me explaining I’m not even in the state of Florida, they still insisted I try to travel down for them to fix it and wouldn’t refund me. One woman on the phone even questioned me on why I was in their area to get my nails done. It’s none of her business, but I explained I was there to visit my mother in law. The man I spoke to said “Well most peoples nails stay,” which seemed to take blame off the person who did my nails and put it on me. I did no extra work with my hands, so there was no reason for the polish to peel off the way it is. Also, the new owner is the person who did my nails."
