"I’ve gone here for years and have had my share of experiences. Overall, I would say the majority have been good. However, ownership/ management has recently changed and I've been hesitant to go here. I should have trusted my gut intuition. I would give them zero stars if I could. I started my test of the new faces with a simple eyebrow wax. The little girl burned me with the wax and said nothing. I was given Neosporin and patted on the back. DO NOT GO HERE. To add injury to insult they laughed about the incident. I will be taking legal action. If you want to avoid the same situation DON’T GO HERE"

"Probably the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. I know I have short nails--but I also don't do anything fancy. I pick one color and I just want a simple gel manicure. The tech made my cuticle bleed. She filed the sides of my nails down so low that they still hurt three days later. And the gel polish was put on so thick that it started lifting after two days. I'm sitting here right now, three days after getting a gel manicure with unpainted nails. It all lifted off. Maybe I just caught the wrong person on the wrong day, but I will not be going back to this salon."

"The lady that did my pedicure was so sweet, but her understanding of English wasn't great. I asked for Jasmine scent and she gave me pearl. I wasn't given the discount at first, but they immediately took care of that. Shop was clean and everyone was cordial and helpful. Definitely coming back."
