"I have been to Bliss Salon about 4-5 times in the last couple months. I just had a gel manicure with a not so great technician . This was just a week ago. I was not confident in this young lady. That night two of my nails started peeling. I had a baby shower that next day 3 hrs away. I did not have time to go back and have them repaired. I was very upset. My appt was with a young man and he called in sick. They told me I had someone just as good. Not quite. So dissatisfied."

"My favorite local nail salon. They are up to date with the latest fashions and consistently do the best job. I typically get ombré cotton candy gel nail with a bit of design on my ring finger. For Christmas I asked they change it up and the design was even better then the picture I showed them. Definitely recommend!"

"I was starting to be a semi regular customer. This was my third visit in 6 weeks. The first visit I paid $150 and this last visit I wanted an acrylic fill with nail polish. I had to argue about price and pull their own price menu up to show them. They tried to tell me that my nail length was excessive and needed to be charged extra for the nail polish. My cuticles are peeling from the grinder they used and the way the worker dug it into my nail bed. Every single nail is streaky and bumpy I could have literally done better at home. I accidentally bumped my finger on the fan and the worker just painted over the half dried section creating a bigger bump… when I approached the manager he said that he could refund and I told him no I just wanted to be treated better and walk away with better service next time.. he told me good luck getting better service for $25 for my nail length… agin it was just a fill and white nail polish…the manager also said their jobs stop when we make it to the fans and I just find that completely unbelievable.I eventually accepted the refund when it became obvious the manager lacked any customer service capabilities. Be careful going here if you want something simple they will act like your cheap even if you spend $150 previously and plan to do so again after the holidays… I wish I could rate them a zero and have the satisfaction of watching the place shut down…"
