"I never leave reviews, but this one is needed. I made an appointment here a while back. I waited 45 minutes for someone to get started, but they decided to seat walk-ins before me (even when it was after my scheduled appt time). I ended up walking out because it was such a waste of time. I waited and wanted to give them a second chance, so I went in recently. They cut my cuticles so bad I was bleeding and they were sloppy with their work. This was hands down the worst and most painful manicure I've ever received and will not be coming back. I rely on reviews when looking for new places and it's concerning the responses from this business are so unprofessional. Several people have also had my same experience and have received responses claiming the business is not at fault... Definitely look elsewhere if you want to get your nails done in the Coral Gables area."

"My girlfriend went here and said she had an awful experience. They cut her cuticles so bad that most of her fingers were bleeding. They didn’t have the same color she did on her hands for her feet in regular polish. They told her they would do a gel pedicure and not charge her extra since they didn’t have the correct polish. They proceeded to charge her for the gel pedicure… The design looks sloppy with uneven filing on most of her nails and left her hands a mess. She said she has never had a manicure this bad and she will never be going back"

"This salon is not clean, tools not sterilized , towels dirty and stained , water bottles , cups , everywhere . Technicians don’t have their tools and material to work … staff is extremely loud, rude, keep talking among themselves and make jokes . It is the worse place I have been for nails ever. Technician was sweet but incompetent . Messed up my nails twice to redo the polish . I wa so surprised and disappointed . The Salon is next to Merrick Park and I did expect a clean , polished and welcoming environment . Will never return and do not recommend at all"

"Was very excited to try this salon. The pictures looked great on Instagram. Over the phone, they were also very nice. When I got there, I knew there was going to be a language barrier. Granted, I’m used to this in Miami but the salon was not welcoming at all. My appointment was for 5:30 but no one was ready until 6:15. Normally, I understand that there’s a delay but other nail techs were just sitting around talking. Maybe they couldn’t do what I needed but it still wasn’t a good look. I couldn’t communicate with the nail tech, but the receptionist told her what I needed. She was doing a great job and was very sweet. Around 7pm, the receptionist asked me to pay. I was far from done with my nails but they looked fine (at that point) so I paid. They close at 7:30 but I wasn’t the only one left and someone had just walked in. Noticed that no one else was asked for their card so I thought it was weird but ignored it. After the top coat was applied, the nail tech told me to sit to dry my hands. She left quickly after that. When I looked at my nails, I noticed they were streaky and a bit messy. Unfortunately, everyone else that was left only spoke Spanish and I had already paid so I was stuck with the nails. I leave for vacation so unfortunately I could not get them fixed. Not sure what went wrong because they looked great during the process. I’m guessing she was rushing to leave and the top coat was applied bad. Upset that I didn’t have a great experience after looking forward to going"
