"I just had to sit down and write this review ! We recently used Taz to install a new Luxury Vinyl Planking floor throughout most of our home. Initially, we visited them many times to decide on the materials and the color we wanted to have. They were always patient and gave us good advice. It took about five days to complete the task. During that time, Bruce the project manage did a great job of communicating with us during the entire install. We had two installers doing the job, and I can't say enough about how good they were. They were certainly masters in their field, and did a super job! Very meticulous in their work and took pride in making it exactly right. All of the people we came in contact with while doing this project were way above average. Both my wife and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of work done for their house. Just EXCELLENT !"

"I was very excited to use this company to put tile in my new home. Everyone in the Englewood community told me they were awesome. Not the case! I called their store and was contacted by Rick. He set up an appointment me with on Tuesday afternoon but called at the last minute to cancel. While we were on the phone we reschedule for today Wednesday at 4:30 PM. They advertised they do after hour appointments. So this morning I get a call from Rick and the call ended quickly so I called back. He acted as if he didn't even know who I was at first and said he hit my name by accident. I reminded him we had an appointment today at 4:30 pm and he said oh yes that is right, he confirmed my address. Well he never showed up nor did he call! I do not recommend them at all and I am taking my business else where! If they can't keep an appointment and treat potential customers this way, what doe that say about the quality of their work..they are supposed to be family owned! Poor form! I will not recommend them to anyone! Period !"

"The tile we chose is beautiful. However...I wouldn't consider working with the owner(s) of this company again. The son "Joe" who is the person dealing directly with the customer together with the installer, is short tempered and rude. If you're looking for great customer service, go somewhere else. You won't find it at Taz Tile. The simple job of installing tile in a 10'x30' room took 4 full days instead of the promised 3. The reason? "Joe" purchased the wrong baseboards and then proceeded to make it sound like it was our fault. We told them what we wanted and "Dad" even took pictures. When the correct product was located he didn't purchase enough of it. He sent a man to our house that had no idea that we had been told he would install them and had no tools/equipment to install the baseboard. After another telephone conversation (which was ugly) with Joe I had to call back to learn how much more of our day we were going to give up. At that time I was informed by his Dad Rick that the original installer, Leo, would be coming back to our home to finish the job. Leo was wonderful throughout the process and I can't say enough about his work ethic. Taz Tile called him in on a Saturday to finish the job. At the end after 2 days of being told "I'll take care of you" Dad Rick offered us a $50 gift cert to a restaurant. We suggested "keep the gift certificate and take it off of our invoice". So..... Taz tile values a day lost to construction, consumer frustration and being treated without respect at $50. Someone is paying for the billboards... don't make the same mistake that we did. We have an entire villa of flooring left to do and they won't be hearing from us."
