"Love it here! The salon is always clean and welcoming, the nail artists are nice and talented. I love getting my dip manicure done with Yadelis, she shapes them so beautifully, making my nails look extra long and feminine. I recently had a nail-emergency where a nail completely broke before a big business trip, but when I walked into the salon they were in the middle of a staff meeting, they were super understanding and let me sit in to get it fixed even though they were closed. I’m so grateful to have LWC so close by!"

"Decided to get my nails done on a whim a couple of days ago and I’m so happy I found LWC! I came in as walk-in and was able to get started within a few minutes. I believe Ani (Ana?) took care of me. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and welcome. I LOVE my nails and will definitely be coming back in the future!!!"

"Wow. Wish I read the reviews before coming in, seems like there is a trend on their services and nails popping off hours after being done. I don’t normally write reviews.. unless I believe I truly was done wrong. I also had my nails done by Kay, I booked a Russian manicure online $80 and in the process of getting my nails done, I asked for a add-on and to have tips added to my nails since my nails were short. After Kay applied builder gel, I insert my nail into the UV lamp, my nails were burning with pain. Kay made no reaction to that, as if that was normal to see. (FYI. From experience that normally meant that the product the salon used was cheap). When I was checking out she charged me for 2 services. She told me I had a Russian manicure and an acrylic nails and that was 150$. Absurd, but I paid it. When I got home one of my nails came off, I left to dinner and by the time I got home, I had 2 more nails come off. I literally had 6 nails come off in 2 days. I went back to the salon to bring this to their attention and I was sent away with a business card to file a complaint with the owner. Very unprofessional. The least they could have done was offered to fix my nails, since I was already at the salon. But no, they did not. I called the number and the lady on the phone was rude, claimed that it was my nails and the humidity under my nails that caused the nails to come off. Keep in mind, I’ve never had this happen to me before and I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years. She refused to hear me out and at the end her solution was to make another appointment and they would fix it. I politely declined for them to fix it as I did not want to waste my time getting my nails done with products that do not work. I asked for a refund and she told me that they do not issue refunds and she wished me good luck finding another salon, as if hers was the best. I couldn’t believe it but, she hung up on me. Again, very unprofessional. Wow. I would not recommend this salon. I hope this review helps another person with not making the same mistake as I did."

"Laced with charm is my go to nail salon! The service and experience is truly wonderful and I love all the ladies there! I have been a customer since they opened and they continue to exceed my expectations! I was so happy when they opened because i was looking for a salon after moving to Fort Lauderdale that would provide me with all the dream nails I wanted through my bridal process. Bachelorette, bridal shower, rehearsal, wedding. The nail techs at laced with charm took care of me. The owner, Vanessa is a sweetheart & went above & beyond for me on my wedding day when a few of my nails broke. (You are moving a mile a minute during wedding prep & unfortunately this can happen when you are moving luggage, boxes, etc. around.) I texted Vanessa at midnight the night before my wedding and she was super responsive & told me not to worry & that she would come to the hotel where I was getting ready at (in Coral Gables by the way!!) in the morning & bring a nail tech to take care of it! I could cry just thinking about the level of service and care that she showed me! ❤️ thank you so much Vanessa & the laced with charm team. I am a forever loyal customer!! 15/10 recommend"
