"One SUPPOSED easy item yo grab, buy & go! But nooooo! Locked up needle nosed pliers, & not a sales person to be found! What could have been an in and out as shopping SHOULD BE, it was wandering the aisles trying to find ANYONE who could unlock the ONE TOOL. Saw no one, so no sale, and BYE BYE! Off to Home Depot!"

"This is a great hardware store for those things that are hard to find. While Home Depot has 4,000 of one thing, Ace has 1 of 4,000 things. As a professional, I prefer Ace to Home Depot due to the quality of products, and seldom pay more than a few pennies above Home Depot prices, if ever. When I'm looking for that special connector, or high quality widget, this is my go-to place."
