"The worse welcoming female clerk. Elderly woman who looked like I had step into her house uninvited. She was rude and nasty tone of voice. When I ask her for a price check it was like I was asking her to climb Mount Rushmore. To the manager please train your register clerk on how to politely welcome customers in the store. I blame the management team for poor training skills on their staff. I wont be going there ever again even If I have to travel to Elkam st. store. There they welcome people with a smile at least. To the lady on the register please speak to someone to help you with your attitude. Never again customer thank u but no thanks."

"I can never go wrong with Andersons. Staff there are all helpful, knowledgeable and kind. If they don't know an answer, they will get a staff member who can. I went to a different Ace because it was on my way somewhere and took 20 minutes for someone to help me. When I asked my question regarding pipe fixtures, I got the blank stare and said it wasn't their expertise and walked away. Never tried to find another associate to assist me. That kind of thing never happens at Andersons Ace!"

"Within 30 seconds of walking in the store, a young employee greeted me. I told him I was looking for two items. He walked me to the two items in and pointed them out amazing service, great place to do business."

"I'm normally an early morning shopper. Today I came in at around 12 I asked the cashier politely where I could find trufuel. She points to isle 10 and tells me she doesn't know which one I'm looking for. Fine. She calls John over with an attitude. Remind u I'm multiracial but brown skinned . The previous customer she was polite and conversationalist too was white or appeared too be. John comes over, saying before he found out what I needed. That he doesn't know what I'm looking for. Great. I state this shift has no customer service skill I will find it myself. I'm offended that the same store I visit in the morning has the racist personal in the afternoon. Maybe the morning shift can cover up better than the afternoon. Or maybe because personal is unprofessional I had a problem.I bring my purchase to the corner and tell her the morning shift has better customer service. She throws my receipt on the counter and toots her nose up. The same cashier that had an issue helping me find the right product. I've been coming to this store for the past year for my home repair needs and after today will not go back. Everything from pressure washing, light fixtures to cleaning my pool. Home Depot or Lowe's here I come!"
