Pro Desk at The Home Depot

"I frequently have issues with Lisa with phone sales. We are at this Home Depot every 1-2 days and often have to complete phone sales. No matter how many employees are behind the desk, there is only one person working with customers. Mostly it is Lisa. She does not apologize for the excessive wait while she takes 20+ minutes with one customer. She does not say hello, have a good day, etc and she never has a smile on her face. Whomever else is working behind the counter does not help with customers no matter how long the line. Today, I went to the other desk and asked Diana if she could do a phone sale. At first she did not want to answer. Then, she mumbled that it can be done "over there" and pointed at the side area. I wanted to confirm that I could indeed have my phone sale completed with her and her answer was. "Yeah, I guess." At this point, after dealing with standing in one spot for 20 minutes and having people mistakenly cut in front of us a couple of times due to the six foot rule and having to stay back more than that (customer being taken care of had his cart taking up the six foot space behind him) and two employees behaving as if they hate their job, I decided to find a manager. We were in a rush at this point. We had found everything we needed in good time, only to wait for Lisa to take care of that one customer and Diana very clearly not wanting to do a phone sale. The young ladies at self checkout were very nice and were able to find a manager quickly but I really had to go so instead of speaking to management I am writing this review of my displeasure with the associates with bad attitudes. There are many great employees at this location, but just as many that act as if the customers are an inconvenience to them. I really do not like having to deal with Lisa but I have no choice when going to HD in Orange City."

"Customer service sucks , pro desk people suck they had me waiting while the guy was literally talking to another guy walking around , get your job done and take care of the rest of your customers . Manager do something about your pro desk people they suck balls. They lay next to him short hair with glasses is allways busy and she’s just looking at the computer . Get your customer taken care of first people . I been to Home Depot all over the sTate I had never had to write a review on none. The only person who help me out and took care of me was Tammy at the pro desk thank you for your kindness ma am ."
