James is a wonderful and engaging guide that tells the history of South Beach and how its history influenced the architecture over the years. Prior to walking around, he gives tips on how to spot this style of design, discusses characteristics and fun facts of historic events and people that influenced changes over the years. "Janinha was a fabulous tour guide. She began our tour by giving a history of the area and key art deco design points to look for. She paced the tour so our group was able to comfortably walk from once site to the next stopping in front of the building to get a history of it and take in the deco design details. Janinha also took us inside of some of the buildings to show us more details that we could see repeated inside of other Deco style buildings we visited. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very nice. I would take another tour with her when I’m back in the area. I left with a lot of knowledge I didn’t have before."
