"In our own experience, the work by this company might need to be questioned. While we never had a floor installed by Masterpiece Flooring, the owners did install a brand new fence right next to our facility. Within weeks, it fell over on our fence so we reached out to make sure our property was protected. After no response, we have had to retain an attorney. True, this is the personal residence of owner and not a customer but one would think about the pride someone has in home ownership. If they do not do quality work in their own home, what are they going to do in yours? Added, the fence issue has gotten worse over the THREE years it has been laying on our 8 foot perimeter fencing required by FWC for our permits."

The salesman that came out to my house to give me an estimate brought a lot of carpet samples with him. He gave me multiple price ranges and never pushed me to the most expensive choice. He also brought different carpet pad options as well. He took his time and never pressured me to signing a contract right away. I was able to keep the samples overnight to make a decision. I went out of my normal comfort zone and picked a gray carpet and love it. It was been over a year and the carpet still look great."
