"I booked “Islamorada: Whale Harbor Sandbar Trip w/ Swimming” but when I showed up to the meeting point we were told that the trip was never scheduled and would not be happening. I have requested a refund through GetYourGuide. It seems that Miami Boat Cruises are a third party that charter through another company. Better to book through the actual boat charter here “Clearly Unique Charters”."

"Worst experience !!! I was at the meeting point well on time. No one there. Staff from water taxi said to wait, someone will come. 40 minutes later I call the company and are told they don't operate today. No info whatsoever. They said they sent an email, but I never received one. VERY unprofessional company. They propaply didn't have enough bookings and just didn't bother showing up. As a pilot from overseas I only had one day in Miami and they definitely ruined it !!!"

"Had an awesome time! We took the 90m tour. I forget the lady’s name that did the commentary but she was funny and super fun! The entire staff was great and nice. The kids even had a great time seeing all the famous people homes and millionaire homes and hearing about the area too. We even got to see a couple dolphins! We also got our picture taken when we got on board and the picture turned out nice and only cost $20 so not bad at all. Definitely worth the trip."

"I did the first boat party. It was cool. The prices are affordable, the dj was fun and the people were welcoming. I didn’t understand the point to reserve since it wasn’t a lot of people there. I was also concerned about the age restriction. No one checked my id to verify my age. It seemed like they scanned it and didn’t look at it. There were a bunch of young teenagers of the fiesta cruise and they of course party different from the older crowd. I wasn’t too fond of that. Also there wasn’t much to see. I road during the night time and I literally only saw trees, some buildings and construction. I wish there was a designated place where the boat goes so I can have something to look forward to watching as we partied. Also there was like a freelance type of vine . It would be more fun if there was karaoke or a dance competition, like more engaging things to do…."
