"Avoid this place unless you have a lot of patience and unlimited time to wait for unfulfilled commitments. Francis who is the owner, was initially nice but quickly proved to be unorganized, lost our information with tile selection, failed to order product as he promised, and when questioned on the delay became rude and vulgar. I have over 15 years of experience with flooring projects, this is by far the worst flooring store experience, and not surprised the owner talks about selling the business with lack of customer focused service like this."

"Francis was great to work with, I stopped in to look at his showroom I wanted stone for my kitchen and large master bath. He was great helping me pick out what went with my house,he even came to my house because I was undecided . He takes a lot of time with you lets you decide he not pushing you in to buying give lots of suggestions. After my kitchen and bathroom was finished people saw it and picked the exact tile for their house after seeing mine everyone who sees it loves it and so do we. His worker are very neat and very pleasant . They did a great job and got it done on time. They take their time so it is done exactly perfect then Francis comes back to check the work and was here several times while they were working. I would recommend American Stone & Tiles to anyone who wants the job done right and I have recommended them and those people were very happy I did!"
