"We use to love this location but no joke when I called, Nancy LITERALLY made fun of the way I was talking RIGHT AWAY saying "I'm sorry day that again, you went blah blah blah" I only said hello and my name but she was in a mood from the SECOND she answered. I told her about my issue with and account and she gave me a basic standard answer that didn't help at all. I had to tell her I want her to look at the address and accounts and SEE WHAT THEY SAY not give me a text book answer. I didn't need to call for that, I needed assistance! We will NO LONGER US this company. We might not be as big as some of the large companies like Farrell but that doesn't mean our business is not worth AT VERY LEAST common curtsy! ABC, DON'T HAVE someone WHO HATES their job AND HATES your customers ANSWER the phones cause you just lost our company over this. Its not the first time but its the last and I HATE that cause I REALLY LIKE this branch, I LOVE your product and you guys always try to assist me when i need some help. We stopped using you guys long ago as our main supplier for same reason , Look into our complaints. Last time it was cause same lady (Nancy) gave me the HARDEST time trying to make a phone payment with credit card. I want to use you guys, Your local and I want to support the people in my close community but no way my wife or I can work with a lady who makes fun of the way you talk . My wife does have a little of a speech problem due to a heart attach she never fully recovered from yet but she is VERY EASY to understand and she was in tears and now not wanting to even answer the phone for work cause she is doubting and beating herself up. SO, thank you NANCY! Look at your bad reviews they are ALL due to bad lady at phone (Point of FIRST CONTACT!)"
