"We only got the cheap pedicure but after seeing their cleanliness I will not be back. The most expensive pedicure is $109 and they charge $18 for gel….they buy the gel for $8 for the set. If you are charging this much, your area should be the cleanest. I’m sorry you guys are paying for the salons decor not for your nails, and they re use the slippers."
"I have recommended this nail salon previously to a couple different people prior to today. I went in today for a gel manicure. It was lumpy on most nails or filled with bubbles. I couldn’t address the issue at the time so I came back later to speak to the manager. He tried convincing me to stay and have them fix it. I thanked him for that but explained why I did not have another hour to spare. He told me the woman that did the manicure can put another coat on top. Not understanding how that can resolve the poor job I said no thank you and asked for my money back or a gift certificate for a later service. He refused to do either of those things and continued to argue with me. After explaining several times why I couldn’t come back any time soon he gave me my money back but then banned me from ever returning. While this is quite comical, I have never had to ask for my money back from a service but I don’t imagine for this to be protocol. I had all intentions on returning as I had been a customer for years but now I’m in nail jail."
