"Me , my mother and my sister went to go get our nails done. My mom and my set came out good but my sister got a man and he never asked to see what she wanted. He only had the color and automatically started doing an entirely different nail shape and left acrylic. Glue all over the fingers shaping bad. He was very rough with her while doing her nails. We called back and they said to come back and she would fixed them. We went back and she just shaped them. She kept saying he asked her which I know for a fact he didn’t because she had a picture and has never had nails short. They are very short. The lady was rude with us when we went back staying she said he asked her and wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say."

"I had a broken acrylic they didn’t replace it they just shaped it and it’s significantly shorter than my other ones. The tops of the nails were smooth but the bottom looked like garbage and the paint wasn’t even nor did they do anything even close to what I showed them. As well as switching me between 2 different nail techs. And still charged me full price."

"The reviews were so good I really wanted this place to be great! It wasn't. The guy barely even talked to me, was extremely rude, had his coworker looking at my feet and laughing, threw my tip money down like it wasn't enough. Just extremely rude. I'm a hairstylist and just wanted to relax after being on my feet all day but it wasn't relaxing. It was very uncomfortable and awkward. He acted annoyed with me the whole time. I'm happy other people had great experiences. I left feeling like I wasted my money. I won't be returning."
