"Unfortunately my experience was totally different from other people. I just wanted to give a try to this salon and I went yesterday to do my manicure because my nails were in a very bad conditions after so many years doing acrylic, so I decided to do just basic manicure to be safe. During my conversation with her I mentioned that mine nails were so weak, peeling, and a little dark so that's why I decided to go with her. After a while she assumed that I had some fungus probably on my nails so she didn't wanted to use any of her regular polish because of the contagious to other customers. I said well, I really don't know if I have any fungus, probably they deteriorate over the years, but still she seemed really scared so at the end she put an old polish she had on a cabinet and gave it to me as a gift ("because of the infection"), she didn't put any top coat polish, any quick dry polish, anything, so as soon as I got to my car they were already damaged...and the next day the polish still wet.. Don't get me wrong, she was polite, and it seemed she knew what she was doing but I paid for a bad bad service that I had to redo on my own.."

"I was so excited to find such a wonderful, clean shop with a nail technician who's number one goal is keeping the health and integrity of my nails. My nails are exceptionally finicky and she has been working with me to find a service that will help me keep them healthy and strong and help them grow. I love that my nail art will be unique to me and not recreated for other customers. With a single technician shop (even prior to Covid-19) she kept her shop and service equipment impeccably clean and sanitized between customers. I also appreciate that if I have an appointment time, I will be seen at that time and I won't sit in the lobby waiting for my turn."
