"I gave the salon a 2 year break bc it was dirty and they try to balance everyone even if you have an appointment you will wait and blend with people without appointments. My nails and feet were done for my 40th. The nail look like my 10 year old did them and both my nails and toes are were messed up I showed her she said it’s ok. Then charged $160 and after I tipped asked if I wanted to tip more even after me showing her all the stuff she messed up! You can hear them asking how much can they keep before a tip is even offered. It’s still dirty and now my toes is swollen! Rachel was the only one whom did my nails right now that she’s done I will not return! You should be ashamed! Don’t give them your money!"
"I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and Rachel NEVER disappoints. I got a super deluxe pedicure and I felt like a true Empress! Everyone there is really friendly and I plan to keep coming here. Everyone has their own experiences but I always leave satisfied."
"My nails came out horrible , I initially asked for a polish change on my toes an a fill in my nails have drips on the side from the the jel polich drying the wrong way all my nails are lumpy an they aren't even the shape I asked for ,I wanted square but he did a coffin shape an said its because of how they where when I came in . I left without getting my toes done because they tried to charge me more an I had already not liked the work he did , they do rush jobs an they where horrible at my service today"
