"Everyone was very nice. It was a ghost town, so I should have known. My tech did a great job of filling and shaping my nails. I wanted a design and showed some ideas, but said I was open to any ideas and ask the guy what he likes to do and I was open to that. There was a problem with the polish not drying and he kept filing off and redoing. The design was too challenging for him. He put me with another technician and she tried to fix. I had to leave and ask for no design. So, overall I'm very disappointed. And a very flexible person and was trying to express that. I was willing to try a different polish or do a design that my tech was accustomed to doing. Now I feel my polish is clumpy and uneven. And now I will have to go somewhere else to fix it and try a design. I know sometimes things can be challenging, but I would have at least liked to be offered a discount, or ask to come back to do properly and do a free design."

"Everyone here is extremely nice but their products are just not good enough quality for the price you’re paying. I decide to get a spa pedicure and full set which came out to $151 plus an addition $28 in tip and it’s only been 9 days since I’ve gotten them done and I already have three broken nails. On my left hand which I do not use often at that! Great hospitality but I’m highly annoyed at the price I paid to have to walk around in pain with two nails split at the middle and one missing from simply scratching my leg.I would avoid making a review and just go to the shop but unfortunately I was on vacation from NJ so now that I’m back home all I can do is wait for my nails to grow back and go to one of my local shops here . Definitely do not recommend for tips but their pedicures are amazing !"

"I have never wrote a review, but after my trip today I just had to. I was calling around to check pricing and the lady who answered was extremely nice and welcoming. She had no problems with answering my many questions. When I arrived at the store the atmosphere was very peaceful and calming. Rose did my nails and honestly they are the best set I've ever gotten done. I showed her a reference picture and she did exactly what I asked. Throughout the process Rose constantly checked in with me to make sure I like the nails and she made an tweaks needed. She is very attentive and in my opinion a great technician. I highly recommend this place and Rose. I paid a total of $80 for my set and I love it."
