J'ADORE NAIL BAR

"I went in for a gel manicure, and it was suggested to get the dip. I have had the dip done many times elsewhere without any problems. I saw a sign that stated dip is guaranteed for 2 weeks, so I went along with it. The salon is nice appearance wise and was clean. It was $47.50 for this service. Within a few days, my nails are lifting, so I go back a week later with my receipt. No questions asked other than to see my receipt. The woman who did the repair seemed annoyed to have to do this. She took pictures of my nails without saying anything, akward and incredibly uncomfortable. Now my nails are fixed, but super thick. The owner/manager indicated I should see Angela next time when I was leaving. Now it is 4 days later, 2 nails have come off, and the corners are lifting again. I'm still within my 2 week guarantee, but I don't want to go back again for a 3rd time to have the same result. The owner seems genuine in accommodating the customers, but the weird interaction and either poor product or application is a waste of time, money(I'mstill tipping for the service), and effort. I can not recommend this salonat all, sadly."

"Love this place. They are friendly, so why not come and have a beverage soda, water, etc, while you get your nails done. I've been coming here for years now. They also have a point system where you can build up some extra points to get money off for your services. They also send you coupons sometimes for specials for the month."

"Worst manicure I’ve ever had. I’m not sure who did my nails since I never got a name, but they seemed rushed even though the place was empty. She had headphones in and was talking so it seems she was on a call while doing my nails. I quickly had to pick a color while all my fingers were wrapped up in foil, steps were skipped, the shape is bad and clearly they could not be bothered to try to not make a mess or clean it up. I was also charged an extra $5 to have my nails “shaped” on top of the price of the dip manicure for a total of $52 (not including tip). I asked for almond shaped. There are much less expensive places with better service and quality. This was my first and last time here."

"I came in a few weeks ago on a very busy Sunday without an appointment. I needed my nail repaired & they took the time to squeeze me in! Which I greatly appreciated. The manager is very kind, professional, & amazing at what he does. I also had Angela work on me & she was also pleasant & professional. I am a very loyal customer. I see Amy regularly and she’s very personable, professional, & does amazing work. This place is absolutely beautiful, very clean, & has wonderful staff. I won’t go anywhere else!"
