"Had a wonderful sunset cruise. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Some guests were a little hesitant but said it was so much more fun than they would have ever expected. Fun cruising by sll the lovely homes on the waterfront in Naples! We olan to do it again in the future with visiting friends! So much fun."

"Cancelled on us as we were sitting on the boat. We understand things come up and people don’t show up for work. Extremely unprofessional way of handling it. 0/10 would not recommend. Do the Tiki Cruise instead! Updating my response to respond to the owner. 1) I would've explained rather than a curt, "Yea, I'm gonna nix it." 2) I wouldn't have let them waste 35 mins waiting on a decision. 3) I would've apologized for the inconvenience and indicated that it would be unsafe for us to take sail without the proper staffing. 4) I would've walked them out. It's not our fault that you were improperly staffed when you made the decision to allow us to book it. Your unprofessional response matches our unprofessional experience."
"I spoke with Aaron the day that I booked online and he helped answer questions for me about if I would be able to see dolphins on the tour. There were 3 different time slots available to book online, although he verbally told me I should book the 5pm because the 3pm was booked on his end. I went and booked the 5pm and was really excited. Fast forward to the morning of my trip they cancelled my trip before talking to me saying that there won't be any trips going out at 5 and they weren't comfortable adding us to the earlier trip. I was never previously told that we cannot go if more people did not book otherwise I would have invited the other people in my party. This completely ruined my trip to Naples because I was really looking forward to this tour and it was too late to book anything else since it was day of. I wasn't given the option to come another day or invite others to meet the requirement, just cancelled. And at this point I have not received my refund yet, so I am not happy."
