"If I could give 1 star I would. Worst place. I asked for a soak off and she proceeded to use a sharp instrument to take my nails off. I kept telling her it hurt and she continued. She blamed me for my nails being weak and told me to do dip powder and it will make them stronger. After finally done she charged me $20 for freaking torture. My nails are destroyed more now than before. I will NEVER go here again. I am going to report to better business bureau because I am pretty sure it’s illegal."

"Walked in to get dip powder removed, I was welcomed by screaming from the back. I was told which number to sit at. My stylist came over didn’t even say but two words to me. They rest consisted of her speaking to the stylist beside her and I guess FaceTime the remainder of the time. No communication the whole time I attempted to have a few conversations but nothing! After she used the nail clippers that remind you they have in the “sealed” clear blue bags like ziplocks to us , nail file, etc she stuck them back right in the bag / no cleaning what so ever! I also ended up having a bad nail under my dip powder from another salon and part of the reason we are going natural. Would not under sun return nor get a set done here! I didn’t get to wash my hands she wiped with a hot towel , no sink present in the lobby/salon besides the bathroom, fingers crossed!"

"It was my first time there, and Jay did an awesome job, I love my nails, and the color matches wonderfully for the concert that I’m going to. #straykids2ndworldtour Jay was pleasant, and the conversation was fun and entertaining. ( food, and music) See you in a few weeks for a refill."

"Kim worked on my nails. I requested a full set pink and white and they were amazing. She was fast, attentive and did a wonderful job. She will definitely be my new nail professional!"

"I am rating based only on my experience as a first time customer. I came in for a dip powder on my already old set natural nails, I was sat immediately upon arrival, the process of my dip powder was alright although the nail technician whom attended me had walked away quite a few times and attended other customers while with me which I didn’t really like, I was not really appreciative of the customer service appreciation but I did however liked my nail results, I did found it odd that they use Gel top instead of the dipping powder shine top to finish off the set. I payed $40 for my dip powder. On the other hand my mother did a pedicure with a gel color and they actually charge to remove the previous color ($25) overall she payed $60 which I find sort of expensive for a pedicure + gel color application."
