"Come here with time and patience, (but not excessive) and I promise it’s worth it! Not the typical super busy in and out nail spa where you’re rushed on your services to the checkout. Katie is awesome and takes her time not only in her work, but to get to know you as a human. Not once did I feel unheard or rushed AND she gave me the exact nails I wanted. Her prices are competitive considering the uptick in costs for all self care services. I highly recommend her and her work. Someone who actually listens and engages with you. 20 stars if I could."

"I called around everywhere on Labor Day. No one was open. Until I called Katie's she answered the phone had me come in all before I had to go to work. She was very nice and I asked her to pick the design on my nails and she did an excellent job I can't thank her enough. I would definitely recommend Katie's nails on enterprise Rd."

"I absolutely love going to Katie’s nails and I’m always more than satisfied with my experience. She is genuinely such a kind person and I love talking to her. Other places Ive gone to are either silent the whole time or have rushed to get me out. She’s always happy to talk when you come in and takes her time to do the best of her ability. I love that she makes suggestions but won’t pressure you and she always leaves it up to you. I always end up loving my nails and just having a good time there. Other places make me feel ashamed of my nail biting but she was comforting when I told her about them saying it was no problem.
