"Laura!! …Laura! Laura! Laura! She has mastered her skill set to be one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had. She is knowledgeable and any suggestion she makes is based on her know how and not in the attempt to make more money. The way she shapes the nail is perfection every time! She doesn’t bother me with small talk (which I appreciate) and which allows me to zone out (something I look forward to) while she hyper focuses on my hands with precision and takes her time, never rushed. "the guy in the back did a horrible job on my nails they were supposed to look like the pic i showed him but turned out. The first pic is what i showed him i wanted and the other 2 pics is what he did and charged me $80 and they were horrible i immediately went to someone else and had them filed off plus the guy who sits in the front chair is very rude and obnoxious unless u have ur body parts out then he will talk to u. this shop shouldn’t be referred. i tried to reach own and no response not good"

"Was a little shocked at the price. I paid $50 (before tip) for dip powder on my own very short nails. While I did feel the tech did a good job applying color, I don’t feel it was worth what I paid. Maybe if I had gotten tips added on, or a design, or something extra I could justify it, but it was just regular dip powder in a single color on my own nails. Not only that, but I asked for a dip manicure, and I feel the manicure part was left out and it was just about applying the color. My cuticles were roughly pushed back without any oil or being soaked first (kinda hurt) and no lotion was applied, no hand massage. Just not what I’m used to. In this day and age you can buy a whole dip powder kit for less than $50 and do your nails yourself if you want something very simple. So when people like me go to spend money to get their nails done, it’s for the spa experience and being pampered. There was definitely none of that going on here. She did add 2 clear layers that had to go under the UV light which is not typical with dip nails, so perhaps she added something extra that made the price go up?? I definitely only asked for dip though. I will give the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was an off night. Just not my favorite experience. Maybe will give them another shot when I’m back in the area as they have many other good reviews. Photo of my simple nails attached"
