"Beware, of poor installation and poor follow-up after install. They failed to level my floor and the LVT planks began cracking several months after installation. The installer fixed a couple minor problems shortly after the install and during one of these visits, I complained about the unlevel floor. His response was, and I quote, “Leveling is expensive. I would had to of charged you a lot more money to level.” To spite multiple calls and photos over the next 18 months, I had no response from the installer or owner. I have since hired a reputable company to remove, level and reinstall. Find a reputable company to have your flooring installed."

"Unfortunately we've had multiple issues with our tile install in the 18 months since having it installed. As seen in the photos, I've had grout falling out of multiple tiles, I had one tile near the baseboard crack, and most recently I've had 2 separate tiles (so far) in different areas start moving up and down when you step on them. To their credit they fixed the first 2 issues, but most recently they said the 12 month "warranty" ran out and are trying to charge me for issues that are obviously caused by bad installation (confirmed with another tile installer in the area). So, I am now stuck paying another tile company to come fix their bad install work. None of these issues should have happened in the first place with a quality installation. Would not recommend."

"BLUF- A year and nine months, three different installs to get my floor done correctly, multiple no shows and excuses. Cost more, ignored by owners, horrible experience trying to get floor fixed. We purchased our house in October 2020, and had Mr. Jeter, one of the owners, come out and measure our floor. Initially they were very responsive, and we had the floor installed. There was a plug in the original floor that we wanted to cover up. The installers covered this hole with nothing filling it. When asked they said the floor would be fine and no issue. Very shortly after the floor broke where the floor plug was located. We attempted to get Mr. Jeter to come and look to get it fixed but he would never return any call or text. Eventually his sone, Brandon Jeter took over or case and finally came and looked. They said they would have to pull up the floor to fix the problem, fill in the hole, and replace the broken pieces. Since we had wanted to get the stairs and upstairs done, we worked out a small discount on the materials for the stairs and upstairs as they could fix the floor at the same time, saving installers from having to come for free. This install was in May/June 2021. Soon after the install the ends of the flooring started to come apart all over the floor, including places that were not touched during the fix of the original floor. Transitions were poorly done, caulking was breaking along our fireplace and one of the stairs broke. All this within a month of the May/June install. We contacted Mr. Brandon Jeter and he came out to look at the step, his fix was putting 3 nails in the step. Looked horrible. He said he would send guys out to fix the floors buckling. Over the next 7 months there were multiple no shows, or installers would come out and say they couldn't fix it and Mr. Brandon would have to look. Mr. Brandon NEVER came back. Finally, Mr. John Fishel took over our account and to his credit he was responsive and finally got the repairs moving. They said they thought it was the flooring that was the issue and scheduled to have the manufacturer send out an inspector. The inspection found multiple issues with the install This issue with the stairs was they installed the seem of the planks close to the edge, so was prone to snap. The inspector and several of their installers who saw it after said the same thing that it was a known issue. They said they would replace the lower floor and did give us a choice to pick another brand as they did push hard that the flooring was the issue. They REFUSED to redo the steps and said they would only fix the one broken step. I said I would pay to replace the steps and use the same brand that would replace the floor so they would match, and we tried to pick a close color to not contrast too much of the upstairs floor. When they came and installed the stairs the contrast was more that what we saw from the sample, so we decided to just replace the top floor to match. The quote for the original install of the stairs and upstairs floor the labor was $1200. The price for just the stairs, which had already had most of the work done on the first install and only needed the tops replaced was $1500. I said this was excessive and I was told that it was a maximum amount and that it could be less. It was not lowered when they finished even thought it took one guy a day to get it done. During the last floor install, they started putting down planks without leveling the floor. I asked why they aren't checking the floor level and they said it was good and wouldn't be an issue. I borrowed their floor level and put it on the floor and showed them that to was like a unlevel. Also went to the planks that they put in and stepped on the to show them they flexed. After this THEN they pulled up what they put done and leveled the floor I will never use them again. Disrespect from the owners, having to pay twice for the upstairs and stairs since they would not fix the bad steps install so my floors would match. I paid the final bill just to be done with them."

"I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism I experienced at this store. I worked with Colton Miller, who first off, came same day to measure our house. Then, he helped me pick a tile that was perfect for our home, even helped me understand why I should find rectified tile if I wanted 1/16 inch gaps. He got us a very competitive rate, in fact he beat out everyone in Destin and FWB for labor and he was able to get our job started within a day of our tile arriving. The crew that he contracted for our job were a delight, they were fast, professional, and they cleaned up everything before they left each day. We did 1k sq ft and the job was done perfectly. If you are looking to get tile, carpet, or LVP please don’t make any decisions until you go talk to Colton and see how he can help you. I have been in this area for 5 years and struggled at times (especially as a female) getting people to show up on time (sometimes even just the same day) and getting quality service. From initial contact to demo to installation these folks were helpful every step of the way and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. We also made several changes along the way that were never a problem. We even had an unannounced visitor between Demo and Installation but they came out a week early to finish up the room where she would be staying. And by the way, they were our lowest quote!
