"A Lady there did an upper lip waxing on me, and pulled a part of my skin completely off my upper lip, and I started to bleed alot. I was in so much pain, it took over 7 days to heal. She didn't even apologize for her mistake, and tried to tell me that my lip was dry. I didn't even need my lip waxed, nobody grows hair on the center of their lips. The most ridiculous story I've ever heard. So unprofessional,. I will Never return."
"It’s surprising this nail salon is still open! The owners are extremely unorganized and rude. We made an appointment for three people, one polish change which was $13!!! Outrageous!! Then we had two pedicures and one gel manicure. We were there an hour and 45 minutes which left my mom without a manicure. When my mom went back for a manicure she waited 45 minutes and was told if she didn’t want to continue waiting she could leave. They make appointments which they cannot possibly keep. So if you have time and money to spare, this is the place for you."
