"I’ve gotten to this place about 6 times and I like it because they do a good job when I get my pedicures done. But what I don’t appreciate is how they sometimes make you feel. This time I went, I asked to a regular polish and the lady that was doing my nails was pressuring me to get gel and I didn’t want it. She proceeded to talk crap about me not gettin gel. Then she sped through the process and did not do a great job and left me at the chair without a word. I then proceeded to put my own shoes back on and the pinkie of my toe scrapped and she started to get upset about how I wasn’t suppose to move! She made a whole scene and made me feel embarrassed. The hospitality and professionalism wasn’t there. I will not be coming back here for awhile…"

"Definitely ask for Jennifer. She’s amazing! It’s a great salon, but make an appointment because they’re super busy."

"I'll start by saying this was my first time here and only the second time in my life I've done a Mani-Pedi. I did feel it was a mini torture as they hurt me several times. The place looks very nice inside. The staff are very friendly. I was a bit confused about the process but they helped me through it. Nails turned out nice."

"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon, and I am 37 years old, so I have been getting my nails done for quite a while. Today I got a basic pedicure (which was fine and the tech who did it was very kind). The problem arose when I decided to also get a full set with tips and gel powder, which was done by a different tech. I opted for a French manicure with black tips instead of white. I even had a picture that I showed the tech depicting a this style at a medium-length and almond shape. He cut down the length to what was appropriate according to the picture, and we had also verbalized “medium” when we discussed length. By the end of the manicure I was not impressed with the job, but I was going to deal with it because I certainly didn’t have another hour to spend having it fixed. I am writing this review not because of the mediocre full set but because of what happened after. On my right index finger there was some dried clear gel that I pointed out to the tech, and he said that he would take care of it at the end. However, when he was finished I got up and left forgetting about the dried gel on my finger until I got outside. Because I have no acetone at home, I decided to go right back in so that he could remove it for me. And this is where things went wrong. Instead of grabbing a cotton swab and acetone to simply remove it from my finger, he started to PICK at my SKIN with his FINGERNAIL on the spot, standing in the doorway of this nail salon! While doing so, he managed to SLICE MY FINGER open like a paper cut WITH HIS NAIL, and he left my skin all jacked up where he had picked the dried gel off with his nail! I left the salon upset after he shrugged off the cut and told me to “get the rest of it off at home”. After I gathered myself, I went back in to speak to the man who seemed to be in charge. I was tearing up out of frustration, having just spent two hours and $110 on this terrible mess, and he commented that I must be “sensitive.” He then defended the tech and stated that my nails came out the way they did because of the short length. Again, I had asked for medium. There also was extra dried gel built up all under the nails, so another female tech came over and sanded it off and then used a file to clean them up as best as she could. She also used acetone to help remove the rest of the dried gel. It burned like heck because of the cut! The manager sat right next to me the entire time and didn’t apologize until the end, after suggesting that I was only displeased because I was “sensitive” and that it was my fault bc of the short length, when I had in fact requested medium. He didn’t offer me any compensation or even a sincere apology for his worker cutting my finger with his gross nail! Then after I left, I received a text message requesting feedback. I described the bad experience and immediately got a response asking me to call the store. When I called, the man did nothing to make it right and basically repeated all that he had said earlier. He then offered me $10 off next time. I told him that is ridiculous and that I wouldn’t be back. I am still extremely disappointed and mad that I wasted my time and money. UPDATE: After waking up with my finger red and swollen from the tech cutting me with his gross fingernail yesterday (see photo), I decided to try calling again to see if they would make it right. The manager finally spoke to me after hanging up on me several times, and he asked me to bring the nails back! This is laughable as I got a full set and will not be soaking them off myself as he suggested. He also told me I should not have tipped the tech if I was unhappy with the service, even though I tipped him before he cut my finger. I ended up receiving $50 out of the $110 I paid for a basic pedicure (done by a good tech) and the full set that cost $58. Despite saying I shouldn’t have tipped, they would not refund my $20 tip. SUMMARY: If you value professionalism, kindness and skilled technicians, please avoid this establishment."
