"The work the technician does is very good. However the amount of money I pay is never the same despite having the exact same service done repeatedly. When I brought up the concern today the guy that runs the desk became loud, rude and combative. That might be the worst customer experience I've ever had! I have a right to know what I am paying for.. I won't be back."
