"I stopped by here after my usual place was closed and let me tell you— NEVER AGAIN. I normally don’t write reviews but for the safety of other patrons I feel the need to. First of all there was no salts placed in the pedicure tub (which also has a small disinfectant benefit). Second, I asked for callus removal and the lady starts doing it on my feet, completely over does it, and literally takes a chunk of tissue off of my foot! Then she proceeds to rub even harder with the scrub. Was barely apologetic and then proceeds to blame ME for her mistake by saying that I have “dry” and “thin” skin. I should’ve known better because as I look around and look at the tools she and others were using— they were all just sitting in their large carrier tubs none of which looked had been pre-sterilized/sanitized and have just been re-used over and over again without proper sanitation. That’s my mistake for not asking about this beforehand and will never make this mistake again. I was halfway through my pedicure before even noticing this. I thought that every place has to use that standard but I guess not. I work in healthcare and I find this to be a huge health hazard. I go to pay and showed the manager and he just looks at it and goes— “Does it hurt?” I mean, there’s a chunk of my skin missing of course it’s painful. Again, no apologies and just takes off $5. Wow."
"Fantastic nail salon! The pedicure was amazing. The massage was very long and she did a great job getting rid of the calluses. Very comfy massage chairs. I also got nails done and she took her time and did a good job"

"Each time I go to Carrollwood nails they never cease to surprise me. I always go in with a odd request of a different design that nobody's done and they work diligently and they complete the task and make my nails and toes beautiful, especially during the holidays. I give them a picture of whatever I want my nails to look like and they do it for me.. They are definitely not the cheapest in town but this is for sure of prime example of you get what you pay for. I would gladly pay more to be completely satisfied and if there's ever a problem they take care of it immediately."
