"Misleading and Poor services…Even after paying for pass, there are some additional charges and hidden fees applicable before you book or use any services…specially if you have children with you less than 3 years of old. They also cancel your reservations and don’t reschedule. Not recommended."
"WASTE of money A rep told us we had to pre book our trip then another rep told us we could book the same day The rep scanned our pass even though we said we were not going the same day as there was not time When we went to use it it came up as having been used we emailed the company but they said it had been used we explained what had happened but they were not interested in what we told them VERY poor service ."
