"Don’t buy from these people what ever you do! Stay away I purchased 2 tickets and they called saying I only bought one ticket and one is a stand by ticket how do you even purchase a stand by ticket and then they say you have to pay 135 to get a ticket and they’ll charge you and will call back and say you filed a claim for the ticket until your flight date and scam you! Thieves"

"My dad helped me book a plane ticket for a flight across the US for 3 days. He completely read threw everything and he was purchasing a cheap economy ticket . I got an email confirming the ticket (nothing about restrictions or no baggage), then I received a call. They informed me I have a restricted ticket and I wanted to know what that meant. One item is you can’t cancel the ticket and another is apparently you can’t bring any luggage or bags(not even a purse!). You could upgrade for “about $100” exact words from the supervisor. It never said restricted anything anywhere. This is fraud!!! We informed them that this needs to be canceled or else it will be taken to the bank for fraud. They did cancel it with no charge but it took 50 minutes on the phone. Stay away from this company!!!!"

"Terrible company. They give you one low price and then call you back trying to make you pay 100's of dollars more for bringing luggage. Then, they try to intimidate and threaten you. They say you cannot cancel. What?!!! They offer no warnings at all. They don't say any of this up front. They take you debit/credit card number and change the price. Totally unethically. This company is a total scam. I just booked a flight. Only to get a call back that the "real" price with luggage would be 80% more and than what I paid. For two bags 80% more? No way. What's worse my sister and I were told we could NOT cancel. Hold my beer. I called Wells Fargo and being a good bank they allowed me to cancel this sham purchase. This company should be shut down. This company is the worst airline SCAM ever. If I could give then zero stars, I would."
