"Beware!!!! This is not as advertised. The tour we booked was supposed to be a 2 hour tour. It was less than 1 hour on the boat. Then 1 hour walking tour with a couple penned alligators They font tell you it's about 1 hour 15 min bus ride to the location. We saw 1 alligator a blue hearing bird and that's it. They make it sound like your going to Everglades National Park. This is not the case. It was just everglades Park. It was not a national park. Lastly, they font make you pay ahead of time because when you get to the booking location, it's cash only. Beware!!!"

"We signed up for a full day visiting the Everglades, the city tour, and ended with the boat tour. The places we visited were great. Unfortunately, the buses were late to pick us up at the beginning of each tour. At the end of the final tour, they never picked us up. An entire group was waiting at the designated spot 20 minutes before our 7:30 PM pick-up. Multiple tour members called and we're given updates pushing the time farther and farther out until 50 minutes past our pick-up time, the scheduler, who was located in Honduras, told us the bus driver told him that he had come to the designated spot and no one was there. That was a flat-out lie. The scheduler said there was nothing he could do to help. And our only recourse was to go back into the office in the morning and lodge a complaint. That isn't option for us. Book at your own risk. You have been warned."

"This place is an unorganized nightmare. I booked through Airbnb experience and was told to check in prior to the bus departure. The check in line was easily 40 minutes sending out your group into a panic. Unclear if check in was necessary so we were in and out of line. They’re understaffed and overbooked. Complete madness."

"I cannot even give 1 star to this agency. We booked the bus and boat combo and they cancelled the boat ride at the last minute saying they are overbooked. Finally after talking to a supervisor they said they are accommodating us. The bus ride was an hour late. And we were assured we will not miss the boat ride. Again at the last minute before we reached the marina they said the boat ride was cancelled. The staff talking to us were not at all cordial. I don’t recommend this business at all. They are not even refunding the money we paid."

"Excellent bus tour company had fun got to learn a whole lot about Miami on how it was developed excellent boat tour, Everglade tour, downtown, Miami tour, little Havana tour, and the Florida keys tour. I highly recommend it ask for Gilbert, the bus driver, and the narrator for the city tour. Ask for Manuel to drive you the Florida Keys also recommend to take the trolley. At the Florida Keys try to get Louie the trolley driver in the Florida Keys…pack a lunch take plenty of water and Gatorade stay hydrated. It was well worth it for $99.99 Miami Tours trolley at Florida Keys was about $50.00"
