"They charge me a higher price than all the other passengers, which I think is unfair and the didn’t returned the difference. I’m not agree with that kind of treatment. I spoke with the manager and she didn’t give me any solution, with a bad customer service. I don’t recommended travel with them. Besides that it says door to door transportation but we stopped in port St Lucie and they make us change of car, which they didn’t communicate."
