"The tour guide, Maria, drove recklessly with my 6 year old son in the SUV. At one point she stopped moments right prior to a train crossing and we were inches from the train safety crossing gate hitting the suburban. When brought to her attention, she gaffed it off. She texted and talked on the phone while driving and really gave us no verbal tour. This was a self guided tour that was NOT advertised to us as such when I called. It was basically an expensive Uber drive to the advertise locations. I do not recommend Xplore Miami Tours!!! Safety is of no concern to this company nor did the tour guide provide any sight information."
"I book a tour with Xplore Miami through Expedia and Xplore Miami took my full payment in advance but never showed up to pick us up. Their phone number is disconnected and not taking messages through any of their contact options. They are unreliable and fraudulent."
