"Very unprofessional, We were a group of almost 50 traveling with this agency. First the owner did not want to change our tickets to Latam despite all the issues that were going on with their charter flights, we were willing to pay $150 difference that the manager had told us that same day it would cost & the owner said no that it was $230 not $150. (mind you we were a huge group) & some of the people in the group had already paid through zelle the $150 that same day. She spoke with me to supposedly "make the change" and the first thing she does is confront me about a review my husband left the Pichy boys about everything going on with this agency, which is his total right to do. Pichy boys advertised this agency & they were the reason we booked through this agency, my husband has watched them and interacted with pichy boys for years. When we got to the hotel Serenade around 1pm we didn't get our room until 6:30pm & they were making us wait in a second lobby with no a/c and no water, I asked them for cold water three times and it never came, I have a 2 and 3 year old. When we got our room #2104 the bathroom window was full of mold and no towels, sheets or pillows for the sofa bed despite I had asked for a room with two beds because we are a family of 4. I could keep going about the horrible experience we had in this hotel but overall the service and quality of this hotel would be classified as a 1 star hotel and they are selling it as a 5 star hotel. Not to mention none of us went to the concert because we later found out it was at another hotel, standing up, no a/c and only 1 beer was included...kids don't drink beer and we have elder people in the group who do not drink beer as well so we saved ourselves yet another bad experience. Like I already said we were a group of almost 50 people that travelled with this agency and the overall experience we had with this agency and hotel from the very beginning was very mediocre. Next time I will save my money & time and just book through expedia. Not to mention we paid $1600 per adult for this trip."

"Had a problem with the agent but management helped and settled my issue. If you’re going to travel with an agency make sure you don’t pick the charter airline and spend a little more money and go with Latam, they were always on time great service and spacious. They have representatives at the airport to help you with checking in and give you emergency phone numbers in case of anything. You are also provided with transportation to and from airport to the hotel"

"Super disrespectful. super unprofessional. they talk with a smile on their face and they make you stuck at an airport for two days and expect you to be okay with it. they only travel by charter planes and they may tell you a specific time but you actually leave the day after. they don’t give you any boarding information until hours prior and then they change everything the night before you leave. we lost two days of our vacation due to their lies and and got no compensation for the two days we lost sitting at an airport."

"Worse experience of my life! Would not recommend booking your vacation with this agency. We were lied to about the family suits in the hotel. Our flight to return home was for 1:45 pm; it is currently 2:14 am as I type this review. We’ve contacted the owners of the agency and they also lied to us about the status of the flight. They told us the flight was on it way to pick us up and the airport told us no flights are coming from this specific airline till 4pm tomorrow. This is honestly ridiculous. There’s children here. Sleeping in benches that thousands of people touch daily in the midst of this pandemic. The only thing the angency offers us costumers as “help” is to pay more money and leave in two more days. Unacceptable and everyone who promotes this company including Carlucho are liars and scammers just like the owners of this agency. I repeat; WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. You should be ashamed to call yourselves business owners. This is inconsiderate , disrespectful, and inhumane."
