"FALSE OPINIONS. All the positive opinions of this place are FALSE if you don't see, those who give good opinions only have 1 registered opinion. They force employees to give a good opinion about this TERRIBLE PLACE. The real opinions are all bad because this is A HOAX. First they scam you by selling you vacation packages where they then put you up in mediocre hotels that in the end cost you twice as much as a luxury hotel. And then THEY FORCE YOU TO RECEIVE a terrible talk that lasts almost 2 hours to sell you another scam package and if you don't attend the talk they penalize you with a charge of $350. SCAMMERS!!!!!"

"They force you to go to presentation talks at the hotels that host you to offer you a “shared vacation” sale... the way they force you to go to these talks is that when you check in at the hotels you have You have to leave your data or a voucher for your credit card with US$350 dollars, which they will charge you if you don't attend those talks, and if by chance you don't want to leave that Voucher with your credit card, then they won't let you check in. at the hotel, and you will not have the accommodation you paid for in advance. This horrible experience of having to go to these talks is not told to you when you hire the vacation package, but rather you are surprised long after you have already paid for the package. You realize it when they send you an email with confirmation of your already paid vacation package, and when you arrive at the accommodation to check in. It is a lack of honesty on the part of PTM travel that they do not tell you this when they offer you the vacation package."

"A SCAM! advise anyone who wants to travel please use a recognized travel agency!, not only do they not book your trips because of “unavailable” dates, but they Convince you to pay for a lifetime package where your package never expires and then proceed to tell you that they can’t find that in the system. Also when I was told a manager was to call me back not one manager had called me back or anyone called me back until I called and Called and then only did a representative call me back.. still no manager call after 3 weeks, oh and the problem was never solved nor was any of my almost $2000 CAD refunded.. WATCH OUT!!!!!"
