"Vacationing to Florida with only one day in Miami and had it planned perfectly for my birthday. We arrived early like asked and the yacht was not there. They arrived at near departure time with a code compliance officer waiting for them on a four wheeler. I heard the officer ask for their business license and that was the last thing I heard. They told us to give them 10 minutes. The problem was not solved and in return we were not able to go. We were not able to book any other ventures, because our reservation time was already set with a cash deposit based on this yacht cruise time. I did receive a refund."
