"This is the worst travel agency in the world. This lady is a thief. She has stole over $700 from me. That money was suppose to be refund from my trip and she didn't refunded it as of today. She was intrude by a friend so i figured she was ok to do business with but my experience with her was a nigh mare. Please stay away from this crook."

I am writing to bring your attention to a concerning matter regarding a disputed payment of $1,269 USD related to the booking for your clients, villa Gumamela June 28th-July 1st . We are perplexed by the initiation of this dispute and seek immediate clarification to resolve this issue amicably. It is imperative that you provide us with a detailed explanation regarding the reason for this payment dispute. "It is asking for stars and made me chose one before I was able to post. ZERO stars are too many for you and your BRAND. FACTS: we, I, did not book you personally, but you were booked as a representing agent for group. Our group has traveled numerous places without difficulties and without an agent, because this trip was abroad the coordinator thought hiring a travel agent would be wise and it would have been, if she had not hired you. I overheard you ask, what could you and the coordinator of this trip have done better. First off not hiring you!!!!!!! that was her only mistake. As an agent you should have been on top of EVERYTHING. The coordinator had to work on this vacation more than you. Maybe if you weren't enjoying the night life so much, we wouldn't have missed our train. I am requesting the refund $100.06 of my additional funds I had to shell out to catch the train we missed because you choose to print the tickets that morning without reading. (AGAIN, NOT ON TOP OF YOUR JOB). SHAME ON YOU IF YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO ALL THE MONEY YOU RECEIVED {THE SERVICE FEE AS YOU CALLED IT}. Finally having us wait for the bus after we arrived back from Paris was an atrocity. You as the agent should have never had us waiting on a bus, its called coordinating. Please don't attempt to blame that on the coordinator because that should fall under your scope of expertise as a travel agent. WE WERE BAMBOOZLED. I've never seen a travel agent sleep as much as you did on any trip. I will FORNEVER use your brand and will encourage anyone and everyone I know to never use this service again. I am giving you a week to respond and then your will hear from my attorney regarding MY refund."

"This is worst travel agent a person can book. She isn’t efficient nor show any compassion when she repeatedly kept making mistakes. We lost so much money on unexpected expenses and rebooking things we paid for but missed because she didn’t read. She is very incompetent and lacks communication. Please book with someone else and save yourself the trouble and money. It’s not worth it."
