"Excellent tour with Julio and Maria. Maria did a fantastic job in avoiding some of the Miami traffic, and her driving made all passengers feel really safe. Julio was a brilliant host, that bought lots of charisma, and excitement- clearly very passionate about his city and wants people to find out about how great it is. "Had an incredible Everglades tour with Big Bus! Santiago, our driver, did a phenomenal job, providing entertaining and informative commentary throughout. We were lucky to spot diverse wildlife, including birds and alligators. Just a tip for future travelers: check the weather before the boat ride, as it can get chilly. Overall, a fantastic experience!"
"Fantastic experience on the Everglades tour with David as the Big Bus tour guide! Very clear communications and keeping us on schedule. The guides at the park for the boat tour and the show are particularly engaging and enthusiastic. The gave very thorough presentations giving us a good glimpse of magnificent mother nature. Lastly, the staff at the alligator show is not technically employed by the park due to the dangerous nature of their work - to the extent you are able to afford a greater tip, do remember to bring sufficient cash."
