"Complete scam! Do not book with this company- especially through Groupon! Picked us up in the morning, drove us 2 hours away from our hotel just to tell us they cancelled our excursion. We paid for a boat tour with open bar & got NOTHING. Had to spend an entire day in key west with no plan & no way back to our hotel in Miami. Reached out for our refund & was given the run around until they finally REJECTED our request to be refunded since we did not receive ANYTHING that we paid for. Currently on the process of reporting this business"

"The tour itself once we got there was great! Our tour guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. The bus transportation was unorganized and A LOT longer than expected. To start we were told pickup time was 6:30 am…. We were not picked up till 7:30 am and could have slept another hour or got breakfast. Them on the way back we didn’t arrive at our stop until 10:45pm… bus ride is advertised to be 3-3.5 hours but it’s more like 5 hours each way…"

"We booked the 1 hour fast jet ski with boat tour. It was ok. The experience did not meet my expectations. About 1 hour prior to our time slot, we received a call telling us to be early. When we showed up, the boat already left. We waited about 40 minutes for the boat to come back to get us. The boat ride was not a tour. It was a ride. There was no tour or talking. Upon arriving to the jet ski area, we were escorted out on our jet skis to open water and told to have fun. I was expecting a tour as well. Jet ski only went to 29 mph, which could be fast for some. All in all it was an ok experience. I recommend they update their website details to match the exact description of what the experience is like. Also they need to state in writing somewhere in the booking process or confirmation that you must show up 30 min early. And the meeting spot was different than the email confirmation address—that could confuse some people."

"Took coach trip from Miami to key west. It met our needs gave us 6hrs in key west which gave us plenty of time to explore on foot. Competent driver who give us good ride there and back. Did not score higher since coach a bit tired and problem with temperature either freezing cold or very warm. Since it’s 4hrs each way that does impact. But take a jumper and enjoy key west"
