"The worst company that exists. Nobody answers the phone. My cousin came with her family on vacation from South America. The beginning of the package was very good but when they arrived in Miami to continue their cruise trip upon arriving in Miami Lakes after having tried to call them to ask the details of the cruise she arrived at the office and they told her that the cruise had been cancelled. I mean, if she didn't show up at the office, she wouldn't find out when they wouldn't let her get on the cruise. At that moment she asked for the money for the cruise to be returned and to this day she is waiting, this was at the beginning of November."
"A terrible vacation experience. Breach of contract and solutions to it at the convenience of the company only and never the client. They don't answer calls, only via WhatsApp."
"My experience was horrible, they put the prices 6 times higher and despite that they left us on the street and we did not appear on the cruise - this is a scam and we lost everything and the money. The company does not exist to complain, do not do this"
"I paid 45% of the total in August 2022, I could not complete the payment because there was no follow-up, they did not answer messages, I assumed it was a scam, they call me now at the end of July 2023, they send me the invoice so I can complete the payment year later and I tell them that I already went on vacation through another agency that I am not interested in making the payment after a year and they tell me that a refund is impossible and that I am a liar, they cut off my phone calling me a crazy lady. If they are a real agency, the conversation is recorded, fire those types of people, their customer service is shameful"
