"This VaCuba office is located in Hialeah Gardens, heavy traffic all around but it’s conveniently situated in a big Plaza with lots of parking spaces, I was treated like family, within minutes we were talking like we knew each other from a long time, the process of the passport renewal was explained thoroughly and they made sure that the phone number I gave them was the correct one. Will come back for all the renewals and other services."

"Ridiculous!!! I've been here twice already at 5:30 and they tell me they can't attend me because they close at 6. They told me the system locks them out of the computer at 6 sharp..how advanced are the computers in Hialeah..not very. Can't make an appointment. They had 3 people working there and 4 people in line...only one person was attending customers. Don't waste your time coming here because you won't get anything done with these lazy people."
