"Isings recommended a trip insurance policy that wasn't appropriate for us. We had to cancel a cruise due to my wife's health issues a couple of weeks prior to the trip. We filed an insurance claim that was denied due to "preexisting conditions." We lost all $8000 that we paid. We asked Isings for help but they didn't help, especially John. We are now booking directly through the cruise company and bought insurance that allows cancellation for any reason."
