"Purchased 3 years ago and have not been able to book anything yet. Called and left messages atleast 50 times. When you call it says, press 1 for customer service, press 2 for reservations, 3 for sales, 4 for human resources. I left messages with customer service, reservations and human resources. No one has called me back. At this point, I just want a refund. I would NOT recommend this place. What good is a vacation package if you can't use it? Better business bureau is next."
"CRIMINAL is what I would label this business. Took their call, gave my credit card because I thought it sounded like a good deal. Changed my mind within an hour of the call and emailed my change (because no one answered the number they gave me). They charged my credit card during the call, would not refund it, FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON THE DOCU-SIGN CONTRACT, called me twice with harrassing, abusive and degrading conversations, and answered every agency I filed complaints with (FL & MN Attorneys General, FL Better Business Bureau, my credit card company) by telling stories that were flagrant lies and not consistent. It ultimately got resolved when I filed a complaint with the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Board or Bureau) who pushed back on Discover Card who then collected their money back from this company."
