He listened to our requests and combined with his extensive travel knowledge, planned it all out --- airfares, hotels, transportation transfers, and our river cruise down the Danube. We spent a week in Belgium and Germany before embarking on the cruise. Richard selected wonderful sweet boutique hotels in Brussels and Berlin - in neighborhoods full of fun cafes and museums.
